1Do I need to book an appointment to visit the boutique?
Yes, we recommend booking an appointment to ensure you receive personalized attention. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
2How far in advance should I start looking for my wedding dress?
We recommend starting at least 6 to 12 months before your wedding, especially if you’re considering a custom or made-to-order gown. Rental options are also available for last-minute brides.
3How long does it take to receive a purchased or custom-made wedding dress?
For purchased dresses, if in stock, you can take them home immediately. Custom and made-to-order dresses can take between up to 4 months , depending on the design and manufacturer.
4Do you offer alterations?
Yes, we have expert seamstresses to ensure the perfect fit.
5How does wedding dress rental work?
You select a gown from our rental collection, pay the rental fee and security deposit, and return it in the agreed time frame.
6How long can I rent a wedding dress for?
Our standard rental period is 5 days. Eg If your wedding is on a Saturday , you will collect the dress on Thursday and return it on Monday . Extended rental periods may be available for an additional fee.
7What happens if I damage the rental dress?
Minor wear and tear is expected, but significant damage or loss may result in additional charges.
8What are your payment options?
We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and electronic transfers. Payment plans where you pay in instalments are also available
